You see the big orange box at the top right? If you have an RSS reader, you can click on that, and you’ll get notified of all new items that appear here at the site. ALthough it says subscribe, it’s completely free. Also there’s a smaller link under that which says subscribe by email. Clicking on that will send notification of new articles in the site to your email address.

It’s all ways that we’re trying to make it easier for you to keep in touch with what is going on around the community

Saturday February 9th is going to be the day, as was announced at the AGM.  Everyone is encouraged to lend a hand for an hour or two, and help clean up all the trash around the community. Watch this space for more news.

If any of you are members of the social networking site Facebook, there is now a Woodhill Place section, just for Woodhill.

Log into your Facebook account as normal, and go look for the Neighborhoods Application.

A homeowner asked recently who had the responsibility for the repair of the spigots situated on the outside of the buildings .

The answer is that they are the responsibility of the homeowner to whose water supply they are connected to. 

As the community itself is getting a makeover… well rather more than a makeover… and as it’s a new year, it’s time for the web site to get one too.

You’ll notice that we’ve taken the opportunity to change the format.

If you’d like to contribute, please feel free to do so, however you’ll have to register first. This is to stop the spammers from posting undesirable content in here.

Simply click on the register tab at the side, and follow the on screen form. Your password will be emailed to you, so be sure to put your correct one in, or you’ll not receive it!

We’re going to be adding some more pages as we go along, and we’ve already posted a page with the by-laws, master deed, and one about homeowners responsibilites. We’ll be putting up details of the board members, and committees real soon too.
