Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that we’ve started some of the renovation of the pool area – with first removing the surrounding trees to keep it clear of leaves, pine needles, etc..to keep it more manageable for pool maintenance purposes.

The guys are doing such a great job and we are lucky to have them. David and his crew has been very helpful to us to getting this community looking lovely. He is also just finished installing all the gutters for WHP and it looks great!

We are slowly working towards to get this community looking very nice and beautiful. We still need your help to get this looking always, so if you see trash, please pick it up and if you see anyone suspicious, call the police and see someone vandalising, call the police – report anything to the property manager, Jillian (Email: jillian@odessacompanies.com)at Odessa for any other issues and she will convey to the board for any approval needed.

There is more work to be done, and we need volunteers for our committees and if you are interested please send Jillian an email to jillian@odessacompanies.com in which committee you are interested in. The following committee at Woodhill Place are as follows:
