Give them a day or two to respond to you. They’re normally much quicker, but they’ve all got full time jobs as well as the voluntary board duties.
In an emergency call Stephanie at Odessa Companies on 843 856 8488 ext 301. She is our property manager, who work to maintain the community at the direction of the HOA board.
As for the meetings, you’ll get a notice at least ten days in advance of any meetings, which are currently usually held at North Charleston City Hall.

Cans are left opened, in the street from week to week. I though there was a rule about this.
