Welcome!

Do Come In. Don’t Forget To Take Off Your Shoes First! Oh you already did, of course. Silly me!

Would you like to live here? It’s wonderful that you have to remove your sock and shoes to get and out of your own condo every time it rains. Still, mustn’t grumble, we’ve got a nice new roof, and a lick of paint real soon. One can always be wise after the event, with hindsight.

Welcome. Do come in.

I feel you – I live there too! It looks like a ghetto in the picture – and all the money we just spent!!!!!!!

That looks like my building. What is the address of the unit on the photo please?

  3. stephen hubbard wrote:

And what was the date of that photo please?

    Is that unit now finished?

The photograph was taken on July 10th. No, it is not Mr Hubbard’s building. No, it’s not been painted, but the point of the photograph is to show the 4 inch deep lake outside the front door everytime it rains.

Maybe Mr. Hubbard should visit his property and see the condition of this place after $850,000 + has been spent. Our management company and “general contractor” who no one sees on the property are certainly prospering. Do you think we’ll see more improvements other than the terrible handiwork and roof and paint? Not!!!

  7. Admin wrote:

I wouldn’t say that anyone is truly prospering out of the $850,000. I’ve no complaints about having new roofs, and of course the repairs and painting are way overdue, particularly considering they were never done correctly the last time.

By the way, the event I refer to is not the Project, but buying this darn condo in the first place. If I’d have had a half decent agent, and I’d have had my eyes wider open…

Still no use crying over split milk…

  9. janet green wrote:

No use pouring that milk in a bucket with a hole in it either, is there? But you’re right, enough said.

Can public walkways be marked somehow. The path by my window is used constantly at all hours. I’m located at the very end and it’s not close to any other building. I’ve asked before if it were a public walkthrough but have never received an answer. Thanks.

Mary, I shall pass this on to the people that need to receive questions i.e the board (board@woodhillplace.com) and the management company (stephanie@odessacompanies.com)

I have yet to get any response about my email regarding access around my front door and window. I just email Jim at Odessa asking him for a contact. CAN ANYONE ANSWER THIS QUESTION, please. It’s worse and now my property is being destoyed. thanks to anyone.
